Our prices do not include shipping. You are responsible for the shipping charges.

Shipping is calculated based on weight and zip code. The shopping cart in our web store will calculate shipping charges for you.

Remember, you are buying wholesale by the case. Weight becomes a major factor when purchasing in bulk. Shipping charges will also be higher the further away from Chicago you are.

We combine packages and boxes to help you save on shipping charges. You can most likely order more of the item you are interested in for close to the same shipping charge or you can probably mix and match with other products from our website. This will help lower your delivered unit cost. Either way, the shipping calculator will assist you in determining the best option for you at no obligation.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, you can. Please place your order at least 24 hours prior to pick up. All orders must be paid in advance. Please email or call us after placing your order to let us know how you plan on picking up your order.

Yes, you can provide us with the box labels and shipping labels for for your Amazon orders. Just choose pick up as your shipping option and leave a note that you are sending labels (this can be done on the My Cart page in the order instructions section).  Once your order is ready, we will email you the weight and dimensions for your order.  You can then email over your labels. For LTL orders you will need to schedule the pick-up via Amazon Seller Central and send us the box labels, pallet labels and bill of lading after we send over your specs.

We have no minimum order. You are only required to order by the case.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. You can also view our return policy.

Repacked cases or shelf pulls mean that the product is not packaged in it's original manufacturer's case. An example of repacking may be because of original case damage, where the good products are pulled and repacked. Shelf pull items may have previously been available for sale in a retail environment but were never sold. They usually possess one or more price tags and/or stickers, indicating multiple markdowns and have been exposed to appreciable customer contact. In addition, since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g., from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of further handling. Accordingly, these items can exhibit a wide range of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing


Yes. We are in the surplus, closeout and overstock business. We buy merchandise at deep discounted prices and sell them at deep discounted prices because of a variety of reasons including the expiration date (either close dated or expired). We cater to the secondary markets (exporters, salvage dealers, flea markets, etc.) Please check with your local government on the requirements or restrictions with selling expiration products. Expired products cannot be returned.
